Ardent’s Technology (PTE) Limited’s Return and Refund policy enclose information, although extremely rare, about the possible circumstances in which a buyer feels the need to return the delivered product and/or get the refund.

Here we clearly explain why your requests shall be accepted or denied. So, kindly read ahead to avoid any misunderstandings.

We normally accept the product returns if the following cases appear to be true and are proven to be right:

1. The product was found to be broken or leaked

2. The product was incorrect in quantity or size, number, or name

3. The product’s expiry date was found to be very near or has already expired and cannot be used further

Kindly note that these should be found right after opening the parcel else it would not hold any validity. We do not entertain the complaint if it was in its excellent condition and you still change your mind after the delivery. Moreover, the complaint shall be raised right after the product has arrived, otherwise, we cannot proceed with the issue. There shouldn’t be made any alterations to the delivered package, else we will not be qualified to identify the issue.

We will examine your case and if that turns out to be in your inclination, your account will be credited with the original cost at the time of your ordering. We do not refund the handling and shipment costs that you paid while giving us the products back. Full payment shall be entertained only when you received nothing at your address at all.
