Shipping Policy

The shipping policy explains the type of shipping methods and a few circumstances that may or may not occur in the meantime while package transmits. Kindly read on to understand more about it.

Ardent Technology (PTE) Limited follows two shipping methods namely Registered and Airmail shipping. Here the registered shipping demands up to 7 days for delivery to conclude. Airmail shipping method just requires only 2 to 3 days for the delivery. The cost of the delivery may vary depending on the selected delivery mode and based on the distance of the destination. By default, the shipping method will be imposed on Registered shipment, therefore, those who want a delivery to be done earlier have to choose Airmail shipment specifically during the time of checkout.

We normally do the delivery and dispatches on the working days. Hence, the orders that got on non-working days, holidays, weekends will be packed and shipped only on the succeeding working days.

During the delivery time, please ensure that you or somebody else’s presence will be made at the postal address so that the goods get delivered on time and safely. In case there happens to be a failure with regard to that, Ardent Technology (PTE) Limited will instruct the delivery partner to keep the package at the delivery/postal office for a short time period. Customers will then have to collect it from the office as soon as possible. Negligence to this will then result in a return of the product back to us.

Each country may or may not allow the import of the products that we sell in genera. This needs to be clarified by you going through the import policies in advance to make sure that there will be no obstacles while our items arrive at your country’s borders.

There are certain situations wherein the delivery process may cancel or get delayed especially now with the Covid-19 pandemic on the rise. Even for certain natural calamities such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, or political chaos, etc. we will make a halt in the delivery process and wait for the situation to diminish which is least likely, so we would most probably refund your money in full.
